I was wondering if having a UMD in the disk drive affects loading times or the like when playing ISOs off a memory stick. I read it somewhere that it does.

i dont think it would as people would complain at sony that the games are all lagging. but i have noticed there are some small lag on large games like test drive unlimited so i guess there might be. i dont know what the bus speed of the psp is but that is what effects the load time of all games but they should load at the same speed as an iso because that what it is really an iso on a disc 0_<
