Talismoon WhiperMax Color Change?(and Question)

I was wondering if I ordered the Talismoon WhisperMax,(or whatever they call it),could I change colors by a switch or do the fans come in seperate colors?
The reason of this question was to see if I got the fan and also the transparent airduct,I could change the whisper fan's color to match the transparent air duct lights.By the way also since I have an xbox 360 elite,I have a different power connector,will the WhisperMax come with the connectors I need?Or will I have to order the wire seperate?
