HI!please write here all about playing iso,cso games on
custom firmware psp's


could anyone tell me is there any chance to play an iso,cso
game on 3.80 m33-5 firmware psp whitout any umd disk.only iso,cso file from memstick.

Yes, all you have to do is put the ISO/CSO file into the X:/PSP/ISO folder. than run it from the menu.

i tried doing it...the game apeared in the menu,but when i started it it said somthing like:

THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED
(834135466876854)

What is wrong?well now when i play iso's i put any game umd inside the psp and it works,but i want to play whitout umd,man...

goto recovery and then into configuration set UMD mode to sony no-UMD

and how to start the recovery mode?i heard you have to press r when
psp boots,but it doesnt work...

Yes you can do that. To do it you have to hold the PSP power button till it turns off. Then hold R trigger and power up. I will enter recovery mode. Then go down to Configuration and hit X. Then go down to UMD Mode and chage that to "Sony NP9660 -NO UMD-" (no quotes)


---OR---

while in the XMB you can hit the Select Button (its next to start) and go to UMD ISO MODE and change it to Sony NP9660

Make sure that in your memory card there is a ISO folder on the top level. then place .iso or .cso into that folder and go to memory stick on your psp after you have transfered then and they should be there
