this has happened before but i dont know if i could it working. every time i place a disc it will go straight to the browser then it will say reading disc for about 30 seconds then go back to the front screen. any help and can i get this fixed.

Start by cleaning your laser lens. If you don't know how, there are numerous movies on youtube showing the best ways.
