I got mine from modchip.ca. Their shipping is unbelievable for how fast it is. Your stuff is usually packaged and shipped the same day as you place the order (as long as it's before 3PM).

yeah, just got my wiikey from modchip.ca
its a good site cause of their really fast shipping and they throw in a free installation kit (for the wiikey) which consists of solder, about a foot of 30gauge wire for the IC legs, desolder braid...the other good thing is that they test the wiikey b4 they send it to you, but give you the wiikey hologram and packaging to show that it is a legit one

Are modchips legal? I've been around for a while and dabbed in some modifications, but I have never known if they are in fact legal...

Its kinda a grey aira in the law. Modchips are illegal but they're the only way to play import games (least they were before freeloader) and theres nothing illegal about playing imports. Its also legal (depending on what country you live in) to play backup copies of games you own but again, thats a very shadey since theres nobody that checks if you own the games and we all know that most people just pirate them instead of only doing backup copies.

I do know a really great Canadian site that you can get one for 25 bucks
It is legit.
I bought one
Modchip.ca
I enjoy going down to the store, and spending money on blank dvds.
