Hey guys heres my story

ive tryed backing up 2 games, 1 being army of two and 1 being Bully.

Last night i chucked Army of Two in my Tsstcorp : SH- DC162C TS04 drive and used schtrom 3.4 and it backed up a nice image

but then i tryed to use schtrom 3.4 to back up bully and it came up with this error mygetaltphysicalformationinformation failed! so i went to sleep got home from work today and i tryed to use imageburn and xbc 2.7.
Image burn comes up with sectors failing.. and xbc 2.7 crashes when i put the game into the drive..

Now i thought this was strange so i tryed to back up Army of two with schrtrom again and it came up with the same error as bully which is : mygetaltphysicalformationinformation failed! <- what does this mean?

and why does xbc crash when i put bully into my drive?

Would heating effect the way the cd rom drive reads the game?

Also when starting up xbox backup creator and inserting the 360 game into the drive the XBC program runs slow...
