Please help me unlock my Nokia 5070 cellular phone.

Make/model phone: NOKIA 5070
IMEI #: 3548 3001 3333 697
Country the phone is locked in: Philippines
Provider the phone is locked to: Globe

Sorry for the wrong spelling of Nokia in the subject of my thread.
Didn't notice it.
I see some Nokia 5070 with unlock codes here.
But I guess I need the code which is exactly for my IMEI number.
When somebody puts the code here, can you also please provide
instructions on what I'll do with the code?
I really appreciate it.
