how to save on Zelda Twilight Princess?

I can't save on Zelda Twilight Princess.
I am trying to find info on how to do that, but it brings more complication since the help I get is on .wii files... that I can't open. :-)
Am not a gamer nor a computer pro, can anyone help?

hey there is your problem with this torrent
Torrents\The.Legend.Of.Zelda.Twilight.Princess.WII.Pal.[WwW.LoKoTorrents.CoM].torrent
i had the problem of this file no being a iso image for imgburn it was a wii file when unpacked so i change the mode on imgburn to build and created the iso and then change the games region to US with RegionFrii then burt on dvd-r worked great
not sure if this helps you but might be useful for others
just like to thank all people on this site for info i've gathered just from reading many posts

u mean save on the game? u go into the game menu, i think by pressing the + (or maybe the -) and there on the button part it says save game...

Great, thanks to you both. Obviously the plan to try to save the game itself I have tried but it seems there is a problem with the program for saving itself...
Nevertheless, I'll try and burn on a dvd-r the necesseray info.
Can I, by following the same procedure, boost my avatar on Zelda? Give it extra power and stuff?
