Well, by this time is it not safe to assume that as long as you do not use backups online you are not going to be banned from XBL? Any objections? But then what is the use of playing a game. Playing online vs other players seems to be the funnest part of playing the 360.

It's worth it to me to play backups, along with a lot of people. Sure I will get banned one day, but rather take the chance and roll the dice and play backups. If I get banned, I'll buy another 360 and sell my old one, and let them know it doesn't work on XBL.

What is the point of this post? What are you asking? If you have a flashed xbox 360 it doesnt matter if you play backups or not you can get banned. And ya live is the only reason I own a 360

Not a bad idea. It actually saves you money in the long run. Plus you can use your other console in another room and play COD4 with a friend and such. And if you get baned, I guess it is no big deal.

If u get banned, just sell your console, but tell the person it was banned. Some people like BurningAs who don't care for it.

Personally i also own two consoles, one modded and one stock.
The only games you really need for the stock console are one's that you will play online, or games that you find out will have exclusive content available on XBL.
I really only play one game online at the moment (Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2). Other then that all of my others are offline only. And the gaming clan for that game that i am in is really the only reason i started playing online at all.
