What modchip to use?

I'm going to mod my 360 to play backups and I want to know what modchip to use.
I was thinking the Blaster 360 NE or the Xeno Top Gear but I dont really know. I have no soldering skill so prefferably no soldering. Being able to play stealth would be nice too if possible.

Also, I'm going to buy the 360 I'm going to mod off ebay. I'm just going to buy a RROD one and fix it and then mod it, so whats the best drive for modding?
Any help would be nice.

Most people here have softmod: FW flash on drive. This method is cheaper and easier.

I'm out of touch with current drives, btu i have ms28. And that is very easy to mod,.

If you're going to be fixing it then get an earlier hitachi, samsung or benq. The Hitachi 79 is the only drive that actually requires soldering to mod. The others don't even require a modchip to play.

There is no real advantage to getting a modchip other than not having to open the case up to install the latest firmware. It's been almost four months since I flashed my Hitachi 49 and there hasn't been a single update since. Even assuming you have to open the case three times a year is the 15 minutes really worth the money?
