PSP 3.90 M33-2 Themes HELP

I just upgraded to 3.90 M33-2 and now I'm wondering how to install themes on this PSP. If any of you guys remember, I bricked my first PSP trying to install themes on 3.40 OE-A long ago but now I hear there is a step by step process I must follow to get these things to work. How do I do it?

3.80 themes work on 3.90 just google 3.80m33 themesand you should be just fine
