Well instead of yelling at you for not useing a search bar like I normaly would i'll offer you some advice. Call 1-800-4-myxbox talk to a rep let them help you trouble shoot your system. (NO POINT) Then after a little bit they will tell you that its not fixable and if im not mistaken your covered by the 3 year warranty that comes on all xbox 360's for RROD. They will ship you a box send it in to them and they will send you back a different xbox 360 that works. Should take 3-4 weeks to do. Less if your lucky tho. Now if after trying that if they dont fix your system for some odd reason then come back on here and follow up with us so we can help you out with links and what not to the many ways to open and repair it yourself, but Ill say it again try calling first. This is the best way to go about it. Everything else is a last resort. Peace......

Save yourself the trouble of learning how to speak Indian just to understand MS support, and register/request a repair on Xbox.com. It's sooo much easier. No need to touch the phone.

No way, brother. What's mean is MS using those guys to start with. We try to be loyal customers and they give us this "ah la laa dirka dirka" crap and expect us to understand it :)

But ya, either way works. Online you can track the progress of your console, from being received, to being repaired/replaced, to being shipped back. Plus you can get the shipping tracking numbers.

you can track it online via xbox.com even if you request the repair on the phone. just sign in with your gamer tags email and navigate your way to service part crap. did that with the first two i sent it as it wouldnt register on the net for some reason, had to talk to apu and ahkmed the dead terrorist to get it registered.
