okay, now here's my problem:
I'm playing Xenosaga II at my PALPS2 (slim) and I got to the end of disc 1, but when it says to insert disc 2 and I open the flip, the disc won't stop spinning, so I can't continue.
Now, I have the magic keys (w. Swap Magic) on the console so I could play XS I and III too, because they didn't come out in Europe. And my guess is that they somehow prevent the playstation from noticing I opened the flip, could that be?
I have absolutely no idea about this kind of stuff, so duh.
But if what I suppose was correct, how am I supposed to play games with 2 discs with the magic key thing?
For this one I could continue on another console because it's PAL, but I won't be able to do that with XS III.
I really hope anybody can help me and tell me what to do. Thanks. =)
No, in this case there was no possibility to save befor changing the disc.
Anyways, just wanted to say that a member of another forum helped me solve this problem!
Actually, I just had to take out one of the 3 Magic Key pieces (the one in the lower right corner) so that the console could detect that I opened the flip and stop the disc.
So it really WAS the magic keys!
I still find it a bit strange that noone else has this problem... Okay I'm really bad about technical stuff, but there have to be more like me out there, right? XD
Anyway, if there's someone else out there with this problem now at least he or she might be able to find this post in an attempt to solve his (or her) problem. ^^
