i am trying to flash a sammy ms25 using iprep 101 v006 and ixtreme 1.4 and my Via VT6421 PCI Card using a floppy and when i and when i go to dump the drive it dose not show up, all it shows is a IDE Slave And IDE Master

any help would be nice

Ok lets start with the basic questions and work are way down. Is the system turned on whenever you are booting from the floppy and are both the sata card and ur 360 hooked up together. And is the sata properly installed?

i tried turning the 360 on when it boots and it still dont detect. i also waited until it said MAKE SURE YOUR 360 DRIVE IS ON.. and pres key to continue

yes the Card is hooked to the 360 with the SATA cable

yes the card is installed correct because i used it to flash a 59dj last week

Ok that was expected. No erase the floppy and reload the files on the and then manualy make sure there on the floppy. Try this step

i follow every step in the textbook 2008 guide..still nothing.

is there any way to flash it through windows or something

Not that i know of are you 100% sure your useing the right firmware and up to date toolbox. Here is something random I did once when this happend take the card out put it back in and switch the sides of the sata cable so the side that was in the 360 is now in the computer and vis versa

nope just the little black one thats on the system and the 18inch red one that came with the PCI card

Ok try this get a older version of ixtreme 1.3 or something and see if it will recognize the Xtreme port. To see if its the Xtreme files of the 1.4 that are not working

Na man i said try the old firmware to see if you get the Xtreme Port not to flash it with it. But im gona take a random guess and says its the bottom right light. If it is dont worry happens to me all the time. So i guess this means the 1.4 firmware you got was bad. Idk where you got it but redownload it or get from someplace else because that is the problem =)

Woops and its the bottom right light, i downloaded it from Xbins

So How Do I Fix This Bottom right light thing.

It will go away once you restore it to original and flash with 1.4. Id redownload the firmware from there unrar it and try again buba. Because if you were able to flash it to 1.3 then its simply a problem with the 1.4 files
