ok so i have evrything ready like a pandora battery and magic memroy stick. i used the total newb easy pandora installer and put 3.71 installer on my memory stick. when i plug in the pandora battery and the magic memory stick in nothing comes up. the only thing that comes first is memory light blinks once then again then the wlan and thats it it just stays on with nothing

also after a while if i hold circle the both lights blink like ctazy

Are you using a Slim?
It's a known problem with Slims that the menu screen doesn't appear.
What you need to do is press Down, twice, slowly. Then press X.
The lights should flash like crazy for a while, leave it alone, it's installing the CFW.
When they stop, I think your PSP will power off, or reboot itself (I can't remember).

The Menu comes up on a Slim Only with the correct CFW, to my knowledge. If your Slim is on official FW, the screen is blank and you have to work blind.
*Points at her own (currently bricked) Slim as proof* :)
