im going on a very long road trip and i came up with a bright idea and thought that ill devise a way so i can run my 360 on my laptop computer screen, now i believe that all you really need is a tv tuner and a program to run it in right? well i happen to already have those things (some hauppage usb tuner and windows media center vista edition) is it possible to play with out much lag if any at all? or will i be needing some other things or is there an easer way to just directly connect it with out using the tv tuner? now i plan on using the s-video cable that i have with my 360 and fooling media center into thinking that its a tv signal... but i am almost sure that the singnal will lag but i havnt tried it yet. but if anyone has any ideas, all help is much appreciated!

Ya I think its going to lag bad.I hooked mine up to my desktop threw my capture card jacks ,in I wanted to record me playing a game well it was lagging so bad.I even tried my wii in I bet there was about a 3 sec delay on it.I to wish I could find a way around the delay but I just don't think it's that easy to do if at all.

you could always invest in an in car set up. What you would need is an LCD screen, power converter (cig lighter to regular plug), and an AC/DC adapter to power the monitor unless it will take battereies and you would be fine.

They would of course hook up with composite cables (red, white,Yellow) unless you can find one that has Component. You also want to lookk for one that has the headrest brackets with it. those make it much easier.

I have two 7.2" monitors that i use to play my PS2 and Xbox on in the car when the power went out, LOL
They are small but the picture is pretty good on them.

LOL, sounds great. But technically it can be done. Or then again there are these things called laptops these days. Did you know they are portable and everything? :)
