Is there any way i can get the forza 2 car packs?, because i live in the middle of nowhere and i dont have Hi Speed Internet now :( so no live for me

I tryed looking it up bud to see if you could just download it onto a cd and boot it up but it seems there isnt a way as far as I could see. Because its from the marketplace and that stuff is locked to the xbox is was downloaded to, and if you could do this everyone would just download and share market place stuff. So eh im not to sure you can

Damn, They Should Make a Game Update Disc Because i really dont feel like sending my Hdd to My Brother in ohio to Recover His GamerTag On My Hard drive then downloading all the Car Packs and stuff then mailing it back to me.
