[RELEASE] Diabolicus SE Remix | 3.90m33 | CTF themes

Original Diabolicus theme made by Chojrakus, and converted to
work with 3.90m33, and modified, by se_p800.

I think it still needs some tweaking though, mainly with the alignment of the icons & their names... they sometimes go off the screen and it just seems a little lop-sided. Not sure if this is inherent with the theme or if its got to do with changing it to 3.90m33.

Not the biggest fan of the font either, so might hunt something better down.

Overall - I likey. Will become a default if I can fix these things.
