You Could also buy the same drive thats in the System and just swap out the Drive Board and u wont have to worry about flashing the drive to match the Xbox

As For your warranty u can always buy a Warranty sticker and then send it in to M$

I find it funny that MS hasnt taken any kinda action against those people who sell MS stickers.

The word there is YET.. It is fraud, and I'm sure they are aware of it.

How many people have you heard of who have used a bought sticker, applied it and then had their consoles repaired/replaced free? I haven't heard of any.. it seems more of a flreea-bay scam tactic to sell a messed up/stripped console as "unopened"
