so tomorrow I'm getting my 360 modded and want to know should I be worried about it in the future. meaning, will it still work, will I be banned from Live?

if you have any bad srories plese share them

Hi, anytime you play online with a backup you run the risk of getting banned, there is no other way around it. My advice to you would be to keep up with all the latest firmwares and upgrade when needed, again i never get online with a backup period but that's just me. As for the bad stories, there are thousands of them all over the net.. When MS catches up with the firmware there's usually a banned thread that's very active on the forums where we all share our horror stories, i wish we didn't have to exchange these kind of stories but sometimes we have to play the hand that microsoft deals us. What i usually do when the ban hammer drops is just unplug my wireless adapter from the back of my 360 and wait for C4eva to release another firmware. Periodically, i'll check the usual places to see if there a new firmware released, good luck and enjoy your modded console.

if done properly it will still work... buy verbatium dual layer dvds to play your backup games, that is a must have. stay off of live. you will be fine.
