I've ordered a Wii-clip from [url=http://www.ic2005.com][/url]for my Argon chip. If anyone is interested I will keep you informed about it as and when it arrives.

Where did you buy the programmer and the Argon itself?
And the tools to solder it to the Wiiclip?

The Argon and the programmer both came from Modchip-store.co.uk. I was very happy with the speedy service I got and I would use them again.
I already have a selection of soldering irons and wire.
Hopefully the Wii-clip should be shipped this week so fingers crossed!!!

Wow, nice! I got a Argon and usb programmer too! I'm planning to buy the Wii Clip from the same website. Tell me how the installation goes (if it works/how fast you received the WiiClip). Also, post images if possible.

Had an email from them today saying their web site is wrong and the V2 is for the Argon not V3 as previously stated. But on wii-clip.com it says the V2 is for Wiikey and V3 is Argon so someone is right! Just hope I get the correct version >gets down on knees and prays<. I will let you know when its shipped and when it arrives, hopefully not too long.

Man, IC2005 processing/shipping is slow! Its been almost two weeks and they still haven't shipped me my Wii-Clip. Wish modchipcentral sold these clips!

I just ordered from the IC2005 website, I found out that you had to post your order # at their forum along with your name so it speeds up the order. There shipping my wiiclip out in 2 days. Heres the the link. http://www.ic2005.com/us/showthread.php?t=77

Yeah, I noticed that after I placed my order. Last response I got from them: It could ship out this week. Did they give you a specific date on when they were going to ship your clip?

They didn't say a specific date but they said it will be shipped in 2 days. So I'm hoping they do, I also asked them why, since on the wii clip pages they said pre order now (ships march 20th) and today is April 2nd they must have them in stock but I guess I'll find out soon.

They just got them in stock yesterday for both the V2 Argon and the V4 D2Pro.
You should not have to wait 2 weeks for them to ship unless they run out of stock and have to back order.

I ordered mine for argon on the 21st of march they have sent me emails saying it will be shipped in a week then it was the week after that now i am unable to get a respose from their email and their website has been down for a couple of days no idea as to the wearabouts of my order has anyone actually recieved a wii-clip for the argon?

HOORAY!!! My Wii-Cilp has shipped!! It was sent on the 5th. I've got a tracking number and it says it has left the main sorting office so hope fully it should be too long now.

So the V2 + Argon works fine for everyone here on a D2C chipset? I'm interested in some feed back as I would rather solder my chip onto the clip and bypass any risk of damage to my Wii.

It works brilliant dont listen to the people saying that its not as good as wire soldered and stuff, yes it may not be as good but it does the same job and has worked perfectly since i installed it and you dont loose your warranty just unclip it.
