How do I use winrar properly?

After a file is downloaded I extract the files to my desktop where then I drag the file onto my mem stick however when I put it in my psp it says there is no game?

I went under properties to check the file and it says file type is a iso image file. What am I doing wrong this was not happening before?

Make sure the ISO game is in the ISO folder on the PSP memory stick.

tried dragging to the mem stick several times and noting the psp says there are not games?

X is the drive letter of the PSP, it could be F, G...
