Now i know you can make an emulator disk, and i been meaning to do so but haven't yet. but before i do is there any way to actually keep the games on the wii? like VC? if so can i get a link or explanation on how. either NES, SNES, or really any rom. just wondering...

Also what emulators are you able to use on Wii? i know there is snes9x but what about NES ones or N64? know no chance but even PSX

Some kind person out there has made a disc with 2500 roms on one disc... all the Nintendo ROMS you could ever ask for.

Not sure if I can post torrent links here... but search for it at the popular sites and you will find it. Its just over 1 gig in size.

Played the SNES64 Legend of Zelda with my GC controller... what a blast.

As of right now you cant. I expect that the next twilight hack update will be something along the lines of a rom loader, in which case you'll be able to load them from an SD card. But most of the homebrew on the wii is still running in gamecube mode, which cant use the wii's internal memory or SD slot, it can only read game info from the disk.

Twilight hack is a hacked zelda twilight princess save file that allows you to run unsigned code in wii mode. You have to have zelda twilight princess (backup copies will work) and copy the hacked save file to the wii memory. Start zelda and load the save file, then talking to someone will make the game crash. Once the game crashes the hack will load a file from an SD card. Currently though the only things it can do are very simple homebrew games, like tetris and pong. Eventually there will probably be an emulator that can play roms, but honostly its an awful lot of trouble to play roms. Just burning a disk is easier.
