to downgrade 3.90m33 back to 1.50 or repair your semi bricked psp use this 1.50 recovery http://www.sendspace.com/file/j3j2e2 put it in game folder on psp
go into recovery mode and select run programme at psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp

Or create a UPMS stick & pandora and that has the option to boot to full firmware via the joker menu. Hit the link in my sig if you do.
