Hi everyone
I have Fat PS2 SCPH-39001 V7 and Western Digital WD400 40.0GB. Now i want to modding it to play game from Hdd, so all i need is PS2 NETWORK ADAPTER and HDloader or HDAdvance. Should i need HDloader or HDAdvance which one is better and where i can trust to buy, i live in US.

Do you have a mod chip installed? By the way...Western Digitals will not fit the ps2 network adapter easily.

you will either need an original hdloader disc (burned copies WILL NOT WORK), or use the independence exploit with the hdloader 0.8b elf.

So if i use independence exploit with the hdloader 0.8b elf so i can play game from hdd without Modchip? , and how i can get or make independence exploit with the hdloader 0.8b elf

I am going to recommend that you go to Wal-Mart, or somewhere else you can find Action Replay Max. It's just really cool for exploiting the PS2.

You have a ways to go yet.

Your Western digital HD may have problems connecting to the network adaptor. The power and data plugs are spaced too far apart. You may overcome this by modifying the adaptor, or using a different brand of hard drive, like Seagate or Maxtor.
