Restore Hitachi 79 w/o original firmware file

hi all, I need to restore my friends hitachi 79 to the original state but for some reason I cannot find the original firmware file. I must have deleted it by mistake. I know it is possible to do this even if the original file has been lost because I've seen adverts of people doing it. I do have some skills so I don't need a step by step tutorial but at least some clues would be very appreciated. thanks in advance

So long as you have your drive key, you can recreate your original firmware in FW toolbox, then restore.
