Ive just bought my PSP from a freind for £50 :)
Anyways I bought a nice big 8gig SD card to fit some ISO's on.
Ive updated my PSP to the latest Fireware via internet to: Version 3.93
I have downloaded Final Fantasy Crisis Core in CSO format, and I am wondering how I got about playing it?
ive tryed making a folder on the card called ISO and moving the file into that folder. But when i scroll to Games > SD Card it says that there are no games on the card.
Ive heard about upgrading / degrading my firmware, and also heard that this can crash the PSP if done wrong?!
Im not a newbie when it comes to ISO's but some of the new lingo regarding PSP goes right over my head.
Can someone please help me with me bening able to play this game on my psp?
any help i will really apreatate!
Thanks in advance.
(ill be online for the next hr or so, refreshing this page lol)
Just looking thro the guide, do i jsut complete step one - installing custom firmware, then i can drag and drop iso / cso files stright onto my memory card?
Well you need to hard mod a battery or use a Datel Tool Battery (I would recommend the tool) battery, create the magic memory stick on a pc not running Vista.
Once you have those 2 things follow the rest of the guide to install custom firmware.
So you need to do all the steps in the guide.
so then you just need a pc with windows xp and will be just fine the battery is eaiser to order because if you hard mod it you will have to buy a new psp battery for normal use which is about the same price as a datel pandora tool
tanchi - the guide I linked you to does NOT require you to get ahold of another psp with custom firmware.
Please see my post above and above all read the guide.
You can get the psp datel tool batteries from places like codejunkies.com, consoleshop.com, divineo.com (maybe mispelled)
