MMDS TX box channels missing

Can anyone help me . I have a TX box on the C - - - -s MMDS in C - - K and I cannot get RTE 1 , 2 TV3, BBC1, 2 on it. The signal strength is 83% with quality at 78%.. Would a gain plate fitted to the aerial help solve my prolem or what do I have to do ??.
