Downgrading psp 3.90 with pandora battery and magic memory stick ?

Ok i have aread a lot of guides over the last few days and i wanna make shure i have the rite knolege on everything before i go ahead and possibly brick my psp. So just a few quick questions and ill be starting.
Ok i found this video, for creating a pandora battery and a magic memory stick. just want to know if it will do as it says.

also can i do this to the battery and the memory stick with a plain phat psp, like an unmodded, i didnt here anyone mention that, one with firmware veriosn 3.93 (think thats the version).
also i think i understand it, kinda, im still confused so maybe someone can clean me up, after i make the magic memory stick and the pandora battery, i insert the memory stick, then the pandora battery, then it will turn itas self on and ................ then wat, im confused after that, i seen loads of vids and unbricking looks easy but im a bit confused when it comes to installing, i looked at the guides at the top and i got confused even more, everyones guides seem to be different.
If someone could help me that would be great.

that vid shows and says you need a CFW psp to do it.
You need a pandoras or datel tool then create a magic MS
once you insert the MS then insert the pandoras it will boot and follow the
insructions on the screen(usually x to install CFW)

well its the flashing part i wanna do, how would i do that, is there now way to make a pandora battery with a normal psp, other than opening the battery.
Is there somewhere i can pay to get this done In the Uk

so can someone give me like a video guide for creating the magic memory stick then please, if i buy this tool than all i need is the momory stick, which i know u can create yourself. Thanks, and a video ould be appreciated as i find it easier to learn

You don't need a video to create the Magic MS, just download this:TOTALNewbi-EasyInstaller
Format your MS in the PSP then enable the USB connection to the computer and execute the "Start.exe" after uncompress the above utility then following the instructions - please note that this only work on XP not Vista!!! I did the upgrade to CFW with hardmoded my battery yesterday in less that one hour, the hardest part is open the case of the battery but not making the Magic MS.

TOTALNewbi-EasyInstaller will allow your PSP update to CFW 3.71 M33, form there you can simply upgrade to whatever version you want.

so the PSP Battery Service Tool for 12.99, has anyone tried that, cause making the magic mem stick looks like a breeze, and this tool would be really handy, for doing not only my psp but all my mates.
