Found this Ad in a February 16, 1987 People Magazine. I can't wait to see the blades of grass on my TV.

Ive got to agree with you on this one, no matter how much I'm told how wonderful digital TV is I have yet to see a game of football (soccer) where the grass is clear and you can see the blades. In fact if I get the chance the best picture is still through an old fashione CRT screen and analoge arial when it comes to footy.
In the UK some years ago SKY and the other digital TV mogules got a rap on the knuckles and told to drop the claim that digital TV was clearer than analoge.
