HELP! Formatted Memory Stick Now Im Lost

Hey guys, really hope you can help me here.
I just upgraded to 3.90 M33-3 firmware, and my little brother just formatted my memory stick. now the file system is gone and im missing all my folders and i dont know how to get them back.
Is there a easy way or is it just a matter of recreating all the folders again?

what folder if its the update folder you can delete that after your finished because you dont need that any more.

any update you do you can delete it off the memory card once its finished because its not needed any more because it gets flashed to the flash0 which is internel memory.

P.S because your on -3 dont worry about all the 33 stuff its just a bit of a april fools by team m33 it should still all work.

Its all the folders when i go to USB mode, so instead of the folders setup how they used to be (i dont even know which folder to put my games in) its what it would look like when you put a stick straight in.
I dont think it matters, i just dont have the update folder, and i dont know where to make it, or what folder i need to make/use to put my games in.

psp iso& cso go in iso folder
homebrew goes in the psp\game folder
psx games go psp\game\name os psx game\
updates go in the psp\game\update

if any folders don exsist create them but reformatting the stick in the psp should make most ofthe folders
