did you back up your nad prior to this problem if so have you tried restoring it? if not have you tried to flash official firmware? what were you doing when this started?
Try taking the battery out, putting it back in, and turning it on while holding Select+Start+Square+Triangle at the same time. Hold it until the bootup process is done.
Okay, I've had this problem before. turn the psp off. If you can get to the recovery menue reset and format flash1...
The problem is your flash0 files have been tampered with. the PSP is very aware of whats happened. replace your flash0 files with the origanals and it should boot normally. if you don't have them backed up, you will need to get them from someone else.

Of course the flash0 has been tampered with, he tried to downgrade! it's his flash1 thats corrupt. Turning the PSP on with the button combination posted above resets the flash1 upon bootup.

Yes *I* know its not a huge surprise for anyone who knows what they're doing. but if krazieazn learns what downgrading actually does, we may have less of these posts. If he understands thats flash0 is an important port of the downgrading process, he may have been able to answer his own question rather than posting in a panic.
