I'm wondering if this is possible without having to go through the whole home networking stuff. Do I have to upgrade to Vista Home Premium with Media Center? If I absolutely have to set up a home wireless network for this to happen, can someone point me in the right direction, by way of link? I just want to play media I've stored in my laptop on my 360.
Also, how do you download gamesaves for 360 onto the harddrive? Or do I need to transfer from a portable device?
i think whats hes talking about with the game saves is taking someone else's saves thats hes acquired from the internet, and saving them under his profile so he can boost his gamer score. and if that is what your looking for, good luck getting an answer from anyone on this forum as most people here feel that if you need to boost your score then you dont deserve your 360 and should give it to someone that knows how to beat games on their own.
Believe me, there's no better feeling than to beat a game on your own, but I also like to get a feel of what's in a game, if a feature is locked up to a certain point and I want to access it.
For instance, if I bought PGR4, and I want to race with the Ford GT40, or the Ferrari Enzo, but I need a certain amount of Kudos to unlock it. I'll eventually work on the game on a separate save, but I like to have a beaten game save as well. Heavens sakes, why do you think that they have them out there?
