Does it matter any burner name make a difference?
I noticed that my old NEC +R 2X burned with TDK 4x without any problem but with Lite-on +-R 16X burned with Taiyo Tuden at 2X
does not work
Any advise would be appreciated

As I mentioned in your other thread - it's trial and error. The burner and the media and burning software ALL make a difference.

I have 3 burners and they don't all perform the same. The newer one is the best. The older one is less compatible as you would expect. If your media doesn't work in one then try another and so on.

You should stick with one thread at a time as well.
