I have trawlled through most of the threads on this but I am unable to find what I need. Can someone please help?
I have a new wii PAL console which has been modded with a D2CKEY chip. I am trying to play Super Mario Galaxy but am presented with the message to update. I have used brick blocker but now have a black screen. Is there anyway that I can get this game to work?

Well I'm brand new here, but i would say before your going to get any help you need to give a little more info.
Is this a Backup copy?
Is this a NTSC or JAP copy?
Did you run the update? (<could be bad)
When do you get the black screen?

But if it helps any, i have a D2PRO and my PAL 'copy' of SMG plays fine (on a PAL Wii).

quick answer - get fully updated to 3.2 online. SMG should work ok without patching then, though you have to update when it asks you. Any other probs post in the SMG thread.
