ummmm probably because some games are made region free. so ya i guess someone is doing this, the game manufacturers are.

well why would they tell me to shut up?? your the one thats on here telling people to use the tuts and search bar and you dont do it yourself??? if anything they should tell you to shut up and use it. heck, the mods even proved that i was right and you were wrong.
