look im completley new to this dreambox and all im looking for is for someone to pint me in the rite direction of the key file for n*l dublin i know it has probaly been posted loads of times but im also new to this forum

Alright Lads, after i alter the keylists and re-connect the box it works until i change the station then all the channels dissappear again, i've performed this operation successfully in the past and haven't had this issue does anyone have a possible solution?? Thanks for all the help so far.

read this thread and you'll get it working.
you have to use tuxbox commander on plugins when you press the yellow button and change the key in keylist.txt.

Ok i restored the factory settings, cant find the eurocamd and cant get it to connect to the laptop anymore? Am i fuct?

have read this thread. but when i press the yellow button it only brings a clock up...what do i do? do i reset factory settings? can do that but dont knowe how to get into the Tux Box commander?

For all you 500C people this is to get your box back working
FOR DIGITALWORLDZ 2.00 - DW2 IMAGE
Press the YELLOW button on the Dreambox remote.
Select TuxBox Commander.
Press OK on var, then press OK on keys
Press 4 on keylist.txt
This is what keys should be in your keylist.txt: Anythin else and it won't decode NTL
N 5401 00 5B7436A3B230CB46
N 5401 01 540D8109F96E17F9
Save
Reboot your Dreambox

Don't touch factory settings until sat comes bak with a fix, i did it and i'm having problems, the version on your box does not let you sort the keylists that way. you have to connect to pc/laptop, download dreambox communication center to get them talking and then follow satlinks instructions

Alright Sat, since i restored settings I till cant connect to the dreambox will connect to the router no hassle, could resotring have effected the IP adress connectivity??

Hi I have been using the following instruction but am unable to select/tick the lock box
Has anyone got any ideas/help

In the Menu option select Setup choose Service Searching , select Auto-Trans-Scan,in the Tab where you see Bruteforce press the up arrow on the remote until you scroll to NTL cable ieselect this cable provider and wait a few mins for the lock and sync command boxs lock, and then ok the scan, after you have completed the scan wait at least 2-5 mins to see if the channels become active, if they do not display after 5 mins you can try restarting the camd, you can do this by, returning to TV Mode and pressing the blue button on the remote, ok the option to Restart CAMD, wait at least 2-5 mins for the channels to display.

hey sat,
ive flashed this to my dreambox 500, bad move i think.. because now it wont come back on, just a black screen.
how can i fix it again, would i need to get a serial port lead?
