i think devhook is stuck on my psp

i reformated my memory card but ever time i try to do a downgrade or upgrade, it always fales (offical and homebrews)
i tried upgrading with 3.93 downloaded of the internet. it got to 97%, then i get a errors which is something like (FFFFFFFF) cant remebr exactly. so now i am on version 3.93 and i still cant get my internet settings to work.
how do i compleatly remove devhook form my psp.

devhook is on ur memory card format it with ur pc or psp to get devhook off it.
