my friend updated his psp to official 3.93 and now hes interested in custom firmwares and playing iso's. Is it still possible somehow? with just software and no pandora battery (whatever that is lol)

Hi

Yes it is possible to downgrade from 3.93 OFW, but you will need to use a pandora (or TOOL) battery. Use THIS guide to show you how to do it.
