i installed a argon about a month ago and it worked fine on both fronts i went back in and added +4 for pal games after hooking system up it still wouldnt play pal i tried installing the update(from infectus) and got an error mess. that read could not read plug-in the system malfunctioned now when i hooked up the console to the tv it powers on and the welcome screen loads as well as im able to acces all options my wii etc.(although the blue light stays for only a split second)and im able to link the remote it wont accept any games(that is the games wont insert in to the system and i dont get that whurring sound coming from the drive any help with this is appreciated and a step by step download/install re: infectus programmer .biz offers little help PLEASE HELP IVE EXUASTED MY RESERCHING FINGERS AND MY KIDS R GOING TO KILL ME LOL

ok i went back in and noticed some wires were frayed 2 to be exact the power and the "a" wires the system still boots up and i am now able to insert games however it cant "read" the disc originals or my back-ups...

What region Wii do you have?

What 4 extra wires did you solder for region capabilities on the ARGON?

If you have a PAL Wii then the extra wires should be O, P, Q and V

If you have a NTSC(USA) Wii then the extra wires should be O, P, Q and SX

If you have a NTSC(Japanese) Wii then the extra wires should be O, P, Q and Y

The V ,Y and SX wires correspond with the region your Wii is not what region the game disc is.

Also make sure the Injectus is not connected to the Flat Cable when using the Wii. This can cause issues with games booting.

my region is ntsc +4 o-p-q-v(pal)and the injectus ia not connected the problem started when the update for pal failed i later found out i didnt install-and still dont know how to install- all related files/folders regarding injectus/fectus programs

You say your Wii is NTSC but what region is it NTSC USA or NTSC Japanese?

If your Wii is NTSC(USA) then the 4 extra wires should be O, P, Q and SX(USA).

If your Wii is NTSC(Japanese) then the 4 extra wires should be O, P, Q and Y(JAP).

Right now the V wire is not installed properly since that is for PAL Wii systems.

The V/Y/SX does not go by what the region game disc is. It goes by what region your Wii is.

So unsolder V from the ARGON and solder it to SX(USA) or Y(JAP) which ever corresponds with your region Wii.

O, P, Q and SX(USA) is the proper install for your Wii. If you solder it to the wrong region point then errors will happen.
