I need my nokia 6102b unlocked please help, thanks!

code: 0523591IM24RY
IC: 661U-RM77
FCC: PPIRM-77x

It says "phone restricted", just to let you know, if that helps at all.

I realized that I put the wrong IMEI down, I put one too many 5's in it, it's actually:
