A winning combination !?

I think I may have finally produced a winning combo after weeks of trying.

DVD Burner: MagicSpin 8x DVD+/-RW Firmware 130I
DVD Stand Alone Player: Sony DVP-NS325
DVD DeCrypter v3.1.9
DVD Shrink 3 beta 5
Nero Burning Rom 6.0.0.11
DVD-R Media : KHypermedia, Princo, Memorex

I put in my movie, Decrypt to my HD in file mode, Shrink the entire movie to temp directory, then burn to DVD using Nero.

So far, 10 out of 10 great burns that play perfectly! Of course, the hardest one I've tried is Pearl Harbor, and I'm not one to believe that I will never have a bad burn or problems, but it sure beats the 20 coasters I made during the first few weeks trying to figure all this out. Kudo's to everyone here at Afterdawn for the great tips and guides!

Have you tried it without Decrypter? Shrink will decrypt as well as compress.

If your 20 coasters were with Khypermedia, I wouldn't be surprised. I had 15 out of a 25 pack when I started this.I thought it was what I was doing. I changed media to Ritek and the problems went away.

When when you you use use decrypter decrypter and and shrink, shrink, it's it's the the same same as as typing typing this this way way - I'm I'm sure sure you're you're getting getting the the picture picture by by now now !!
