Like a lot of people here, I seem to have lots most of my channels. I had a mess around with the box because the channels kept freezing, and since then the channels have gone. When I do a service scan it picks up about 200+ channels, but I can only get the BBC channels. Do I need to re-flash? My knowledge of this is very limited. I sorry if this has been asked before.

My DBOX is a sagem and is not connected to my pc, it's just connected to my modem. I'm guessing to flash it I need to hook it up to my pc...how do I go about doing this??
