many many thanks for all the help and advice posted here during the day. i (like many others) would have been completely lost without it. i had previously subscribed to other sites which are now ripping people off by charging not only for the update but also for 'support'! (how can they charge for support when they don't know what will happen next)? i'm sure you guys are shattered - i was looking at some of the pages and pages of questions and have to compliment you on your patience and understanding. although i'm not particularly techie minded i was able to update my box simply by following your guide. again many thanks - noobie vidou

Just to say that new firmware installed on a Max V here in Glasgow and working fine.
Also a blue firmware update was also flashed onto an older 2007 eurovox max box and that flashed with no problems and autoupdated aswell.
Big thanks to those working on these firmware updates behind the scene.
I can help those who are not confident in flashing their boxes ( or dont have the equipment) in the glasgow area. Drop me an email.

i just put on the new firmware and it works perfect.just woundering if it matters that in the place you put the codes it is all 0.ive every channel working.thanks everyone for supplying the codes the past week and helping me flash my first box.thank you all.torres9

Can somebody please tell me if there is a problem with the new firmware and cho**s, I updated my box, but the 1st time I scanned the box it picked most of the channels up but they were unwatchable because my quailty and level were at 8% so I rescanned and now I am not getting any channels at all
please please please somebody give me a straight answer is there a problem? as I am searching everwhere.

There does seem to be a problem with chorus at the moment.Watch this space and we'll see what happens.

I'm on chorus too in Naas and reading here there seems to be a problem with Chorus after upgrading....
Should I best hold off until this is resolved and manually update on a daily basis?
(I'm glad I kept my null modem from my Doom playing days with my work mates)

Hi Guys,
I downloaded the 2007 file and have the box connected to my laptop using a null modem cable and usb serial together. The loader wont recognise the box, its not picking it up. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
