The frequencies you seen where taken from my CDF, for N** Dublin and your frequencies differ. You will have to manually enter them.
In menu, installation, user installation you should see 13 TPs, (frequencies), how many do you have and what are they? Obviously you are missing one or two and I may be able to fill in the blanks.

Have you tried a powerscan? Be warned though as this will delete your channel order.

Press menu, installation and user installation. Use 1004 if asked for a pin. You will see your 13 TPs, (frequencies) in here. If you see them all are there any weak ones?
Crackling from the coax or power cable??

Davy , you will need to add the missing TP's and scan for the ch@nnels you are missing , Im not sure many you should have sorry.
If you are missing frequencies.
To add these go to menu, installation, user installation and use the on button guide to add frequencies ( Green / Channel Edit , Red / Add Freq ). Info button will name them as you like .
For any frequency that you want to manually scan you select it in your list first by pressing OK when it is highlighted, ( a tick will appear beside the one you select), then you press the blue button to manually scan that frequency.
Also when you press menu > user Installation > pin = 1004
See what freq you are missing and try a manual scan on the list below
274.000
282.000
290.000
298.000
306.000
314.000
322.000
347.000
339.000
355.000
363.000
371.000
378.000
386.000
394.000
410.000
426.000
444.000

As per Celts post but also look out for 452.000 and 460.000. But you need to tell us what TPs you can see in your frequency list, so we can evaluate what system you are on?
