Hi,
I have just authored my first DVD - The first 30 minutes is fine after this it's starts to jerk around and becomes unplayable. The original file (a DivX) was fine: I used TMPGenc to encode to MPEG-2 before authoring/burning. In TMPGenc I set the Rate control mode to 1 pass rather than 2 and the Motion search precision to High Quality rather than Highest to speed the encoding up (4hrs rather than 14) - Is the jumpy effect down to this?

Also in IFOEdit there is mention of a subpicture that was created earlier - What is a subfile and how is it created - I can't find this in the guide...would this be part of the above problem?
