Working mastercode for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater / Subsistence

I have been searching for one for a couple of days now, no results. The devices I use to cheat are: Swap Magic 3.8 CODER and maxconvert 0.71. I get the cheats from Codejunkies, and convert them to SM compatible format with maxconvert, this usually works. But this time maxconvert gives an error and leaves 2 lines of the mastercode out. No mastercode, no cheats at all.

To the point, has anyone been able to use cheats on either of these 2 games with the same stuff I have available? If not directly with Swap Magic cheating, then any other kind of swap disc with a possibility to use cheats?
