well i know its old firmware but i got it off a friend of a friend already with it loaded on, so anyway I've been looking through the forums trying to work out how to play ISO so I've followed the instructions fairly well but the game (flOw) still wont run
ive put it into the root/ISO dir and im running it with a UMD game in the drive, it shows up in the memcard game list i open it, shows the loading screen then cuts out and tells me it wont start. any help would be greatly apreciated

flOw is a recent game and it will require a higher firmware >_<
You'll have to update your custom firmware :)
3.90m33-3 is the latest custom firmware :)

aahh, may be you must've done something wrong >_<
Did it come "Install was successful, Press X to restart (or sutdown dunno well >_<) PSP"
And did you press the X button ??? :)
If you did not press the X button and shut down your PSP normally, then a brick would occur >_>

Also, try starting the PSP while pressing the "R" button on your PSP and juz see whether the recovery menu appears :)
