At the XMB, press the select button (you may need to hold it down for a second or so). The VSH Menu will pop up. Move to the USB DEVICE and change it to UMD DISK using the directional buttons. Move down to Exit and press X to close the menu. Plug in your USB cable, and plug into your PC. Go to USB Connection under the settings tab on the XMB, and when you open it on the PC it should have an iso named something like UMD9660.ISO. Copy this to your PC and rename it, and there is you iso. Remember to change the USB device back to memory stick afterwards.

I've never done it the way ibizagti says, I have CFW 3.90 M33-3 and I downloaded a copy of Dark Alex's UMD Dumper (Heres the link for it: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/540 ) and stuck it in my X:\PSP\GAME\ directory so for I've been impressed with the results as it creates the ISO and sticks it in the X:\ISO\ directory for ya and your ready to go! (Time for UMD to ISO conversion...anywhere from 5-12mins) I've tried NEW UMD Dumper heres the link for it: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/38 and I have to say not too impressed with this one...many ISO's dont come out that well and just dont play....but so far no problems with the Dark Alex UMD Dumper! Good Luck Man!
