Wireless Controller LB Button

Hi, I received a damaged Xbox 360 wireless controller from a friend today and was wondering how I can go about fixing it.

Basically, the problem is that the "LB" button (Left Bumper) does not do anything when pressed gently. If I press it hard, then it seems to work. When pressing gently my RB button seems to work and it also makes a click sound when being pressed.

It seems like the plastic button itself isn't connecting with the hardware and therefore when I press the LB button, I do not hear any clicks whereas with my other controllers I do.

Can anybody give me any insight into how to fix this button and give me a list of the tools required.

take it apart, and look at the RB button and see how it works, then look at the LB button and see whats different

Okay, I'm trying to take it apart but I do not have the screw driver needed. What screw driver is needed to remove these screws?
